Report recommends Ontario provide up to $400 million for horse racing industry
A report is recommending the province put up to $400 million over five years into Ontario's struggling horse-racing industry.
The three-member Horse Racing Industry Transition Panel makes the recommendations to Premier Kathleen Wynne in a report released today.
