City gets OLG cheque for $1.5 million from slot revenues

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. (OLG) has issued a second-quarter revenue payment of $1.5 million to Hamilton, the city's share of revenue from Flamboro Downs. The payment — covering July to September — is part of an anticipated total 2013 payment of about $4.7 million, the amount budgeted by the city for OLG payments this year. Read more
