CELEBRATING OUR CULTURE AND DIFFERENCES
At OLG, we know that our differences are what make us stronger. That’s why our five-year Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy outlines key recommendations to help OLG embrace diversity and create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
We are proud of the progress we have made so far, and eager to keep growing together. Some of our progress includes:
- Inclusive hiring practices, in 2021 43% of hired employees self- identified as a member of an underrepresented group
- Gender parity, 49% of our full time workforce and 55% of OLG’s senior executives identify as women
- Ongoing equity, diversity and inclusion education such as mandatory Anti-racism and Indigenous awareness training
EMPLOYEE LED RESOURCE GROUPS
OLGers learn from each other. We ask questions and shift our perspectives. As part of celebrating our differences, OLGers seek out new ways to support one another and make OLG a welcoming and inclusive workplace. Our Employee led Resource Groups (ERGs) offer events, panels, discussions, and more.
