About the Program
OLG is a Pre-Approved CPA Training Office in partnership with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario).
Through the corporate head office in Sault Ste. Marie, university graduates registered in the CPA designation program will have the opportunity to earn practical qualifications while working towards their designation.
OLG is looking for eager, engaged, and committed candidates who are focused on continued learning and development and committed to a real-world experience in finance.

DIVERSE ON-THE-JOB TRAINING
You will spend 30 months in the Finance Department, 18 months in Financial Reporting, and 12 months in Financial Planning & Analysis, to gain the necessary practical employment experience required by the CPA program.
MENTORING FROM PROFESSIONALS
An experienced, CPA-designated member of the OLG Finance team will mentor you throughout and beyond the program to ensure the successful completion of your CPA designation and will assist you with your personal career path at OLG.
ONGOING SUPPORT
We will provide you with the support you need to obtain your CPA designation including financial assistance, study leaves, and an industry-leading CFE prep course.
Once you’ve completed your rotation you will have the opportunity to apply for available roles within OLG.
