Sault Ste Marie, ON – Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) continues to make bold changes in the gaming industry and needs talented professionals to join our team at our Sault Ste. Marie head office location.

As one of the largest employers in Sault Ste Marie, OLG wants to keep adding to our dynamic team here, so we are looking to fill 26 positions in the following areas:

  • Enterprise Technology
  • Digital & Land-based Gaming
  • Finance, Risk & Analytics
  • Internal Audit
  • Lottery & Customer Care
  • Governance, Legal & Compliance

To fill these high value positions, which come with competitive compensation packages, we are holding our third virtual recruiting fair. Each have been very well received and we want to build on that success.

This two-day virtual recruiting fair is being held on May 30 and 31, 2023 and will give interested candidates a chance to connect with and learn about OLG leaders while they learn about the applicants. Interested candidates are invited to book 15-minute virtual one-on-one interviews with OLG leaders for the role of their choice and those appointments can be booked now at OLG SSM Virtual Recruiting Fair .

OLG is rapidly transforming its organization to better serve Ontarians by delivering great gaming experiences through our digital, retail lottery, and land-based casino channels. OLG is expanding our horizons even further, with a new strategic direction, to become a world class gaming entertainment leader with a globally admired digital platform.

“OLG has very deep roots in Sault Ste. Marie as we’ve been part of this community for 30 years. OLG’s operations in the community are critically important — today and in the future,” says Esther Zdolec, OLG’s Senior Vice President of People and Culture. “Our focus is on building a fun, inclusive and performance-driven workplace in Sault Ste Marie — one that remains a destination for top talent.”

In addition to the job postings, the virtual recruiting fair is also showcasing the City of Sault Ste. Marie to highlight the benefits of living and working in this vibrant community which is home to OLG’s headquarters. OLG may offer relocation support to help with a move to Sault Ste. Marie for successful candidates.

“I am one of the newest members of the OLG Executive Team and I was excited to purse this position because it was based in Sault Ste. Marie,” adds Zdolec. “At OLG, we see this thriving community as a competitive advantage for future OLGers. Our team is smart, ambitious, collaborative and innovative. They are tremendously loyal to the province and our social purpose of making a better Ontario by delivering great entertainment experiences to our customers. Whether you already live in Sault Ste. Marie or want to move to this beautiful city as I did, we want to meet with you.”

Forbes named OLG as one of the Best Employers in Canada for 2023. Forbes bases its annual list on an independent survey of over 10,000 people who work for companies with 500 employees or more.  Notably, we were listed in the top 20 per cent of selected companies nationwide. Earning a place on the Forbes list is entirely employee driven which is why this recognition is so meaningful.
