Toronto, ON – Lucie and Marc V. of Hearst are celebrating after winning a $250,000 top prize with INSTANT CROSSWORD DELUXE SCRATCH ticket (Game #3358).

Lucie and Marc, a married couple, said they’ve been playing CROSSWORD DELUXE together every Monday for the past two years. “It keeps my mind sharp,” Marc shared while visiting the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect their windfall.

When they realized they had uncovered 10 words, Lucie turned to Marc and said, “I think we won $25,000!” The pair didn’t realize they had actually won $250,000 until Marc scanned the ticket at the store’s ticket checker. “I started jumping up and down!” he recalled with a smile.

The couple drove to their daughter’s house right away to tell her the incredible news. “All of our friends and family are so happy for us. We’ll really enjoy this,” said Lucie, with tears of joy in her eyes.

The parents of one and grandparents of four plan to save their winnings for retirement, buy a new Dodge pick-up truck, and take a trip to Walt Disney World with their grandchildren.
