Toronto, ON – George Rankin of Petersburg, a community near Kitchener, is still in disbelief after winning $500,000 with THE BIGGER SPIN INSTANT game (Game #3152) in front of his family, friends and a packed Scotiabank Arena during a recent Toronto Maple Leafs game.

OLG brought the thrill of THE BIGGER SPIN to the Scotiabank Arena where 19,000 people cheered on George as he spun the wheel for a chance to up to $1 million.

George says he enjoys playing THE BIGGER SPIN because it's interactive and fun. "I went into the store for candy and ended up coming out with two tickets and one was a winner," he shared after spinning THE BIGGER SPIN wheel in the arena.

George confessed his heart was pounding and his foot was shaking during the event, however he was overjoyed with the experience. "This was a great opportunity! It was fantastic to share with my friends and family. It was so awesome to be able to invite them to join me – they all support me in one way or another.”

"I'm truly thankful to OLG and MLSE for an incredible experience. We we're treated like gold. I'll never experience anything like this again – this one goes in the books," George concluded.

He plans to help his children with their education, invest and travel with his winnings.

The winning ticket was purchased at Hasty Market on Highview Drive in Kitchener.
