Ottawa casino draws support, criticism from all sides
Councillors are lining up to support the idea of a casino in Ottawa, even if they aren't sure they'll vote for a specific proposal in the end. Most emphasize that they haven't made up their minds, because a meeting of city council's finance committee Tuesday night is supposed to be about consulting the public before a vote. Nevertheless, they all have views they would have to be talked out of.
