The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation has issued a first-quarter payment of $2,989,510 to the City of Windsor for hosting Caesars Windsor. OLG said the payment up one per cent over last year's first quarter. To date, Windsor has received more than $11.7 million in non-tax gaming revenue.
