Milton Calderon Donefer is Cobourg’s torchbearer during Pam Am Games

COBOURG -- Milton Calderon Donefer will represent the Town of Cobourg as its torchbearer when the torch run for the Pam Am Games visits the community on July 4.

A series of events is being planned locally to welcome the torch run and celebrate the cultural spirit of the Toronto 2015 Pan Am Games.
