The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation and President’s Choice has given two locals from Belleville the opportunity to be a Pan Am torchbearer. Fred Deacon and Kenzo Dozono were selected to carry the torch in the Toronto 2015 Pan Am Games Torch Relay. Read more
