The casino debate has ignited a fire we have not seen in Hamilton since the great Pan Am stadium debacle. Once again the city is split down the middle on a key issue involving not only downtown, but the rest of this city. No wonder. The record shows why Hamiltonians have little confidence in how this city conducts its business. That seems to be changing of late and we have to give credit where credit is due.
