KESWICK RESIDENT CELEBRATES $737,505 LOTTARIO JACKPOT WIN

TORONTO, ON Paul D. of Keswick won “Ontario’s jackpot” – $737,505.80 in the March 28, 2026 LOTTARIO draw.

This isn’t Paul’s first major win — the 60-year-old also won a LOTTARIO jackpot worth more than $240,000 back in 2019. “I’ve been playing LOTTARIO for the past 40 years,” he shared while visiting the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings.

“I was at home when I checked my tickets. It’s become my Sunday night routine,” Paul said.

“When I realized I won big, I froze and stared at my phone in disbelief. It felt unreal! My heart was racing, my hands were shaking, and my mind was all over the place, going from disbelief to excitement.”

When asked to describe the feeling of winning the lottery, Paul smiled and said, “It feels absolutely incredible. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.”

With his windfall, he plans to pay some bills and purchase his dream car — a Shelby GT500.

LOTTARIO launched in 1978 as Ontario’s first terminal lotto game. Tickets are $1 and the draws take place every Saturday. Tickets purchased before 11:59 p.m. on Fridays are eligible for the Early Bird draw. Visit the LOTTARIO page on OLG.ca for more information.

The winning ticket was purchased at Shell on Major Mackenzie Drive East in Markham.
