TORONTO, ON – Jeffrey Jackson of Wallacetown is $250,000 richer after winning a top prize with INSTANT WISH LIST (Game #2450).

Jeffrey, who works in the automotive industry, has been playing the lottery with OLG for decades. He typically plays LOTTO MAX and LOTTO 6/49, as well as the occasional INSTANT ticket. Recently, while cashing in some winnings, Jeffrey decided to reinvest by selecting  a WISH LIST ticket. This decision would lead him to his first big win!

“My wife and I were at home, playing my tickets, when she asked me to put on my glasses and come take a look at what she had revealed,” Jeffrey recalled, while visiting the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings. “When I saw the prize amount, I calmy scanned the ticket on the OLG app. Realizing it was the top prize, were left stunned! We looked at each other in disbelief and celebrated with a toast. It was certainly a surreal moment.”

“As the reality of winning set in, it felt so good” Jeffrey smiled. “The timing has been perfect. This win allows me to accelerate my retirement and spend more time with my family. It also provides the opportunity to prioritize both myself and my wife. We look forward to many travel adventures together and are grateful for this incredible blessing,” he concluded.
