TORONTO, ON – Life is a little more “grand” for Craig Pages of Thunder Bay. He matched all five main numbers to win a second prize of $25,000 a year for life with DAILY GRAND in the July 21, 2025 draw. Craig opted for the lump sum payment of $500,000.

Craig, 55, has been playing the lottery with OLG for 25 years, and says DAILY GRAND is one of his favourite games. Now, he’s delighted to share the story of his first major win.

“I checked my ticket using the OLG app on my phone and realized I’d won big when I heard the winning sound,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect his windfall. “I was in shock!”

The father of two and grandfather of one shared the incredible news with his wife. “She was shocked as well,” he said with a smile. “It still hasn’t really sunk in.”

Craig has yet to make plans for his winnings.

DAILY GRAND is a national lottery game with a top prize of $1,000 a day for life for matching the five main numbers plus the Grand Number. The second prize is $25,000 a year for life for matching the five main numbers. DAILY GRAND is $3 per play and draws take place on Mondays and Thursdays. The winning ticket was purchased at Petro-Canada on Arthur Street West in Thunder Bay.
