TORONTO, ON – Trang Pham of Mississauga is $250,000 richer after winning a top prize with INSTANT GOLDEN MULTIPLIER (Game #2449).

Trang, a retiree, has been playing the lottery with OLG since she was old enough to purchase her first ticket. Kicking off the new year with a bang, Trang and four of her former co-workers won a $60 million prize in the January 21, 2025 LOTTO MAX draw. Now, just months later, she’s returned to the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to celebrate yet another remarkable win — courtesy of INSTANT GOLDEN MULTIPLIER.

“I was shopping at an outlet mall and got thirsty, so I stopped at a nearby gas station to grab a bottle of water,” Trang recalled, during her visit to the OLG Prize Centre to collect her latest prize. “While I was there, I ended up buying a couple of tickets.”

The next morning, Trang played her GOLDEN MULTIPLIER ticket while sitting in her car. “I uncovered the top prize and realized it was a winning ticket,” she said with a smile. “Then I scanned it using the OLG app on my phone — and there it was: $250,000! I was so happy and excited.”

Moments later, she called her husband to share the incredible news. “His response was, ‘Really?’ He was surprised and overjoyed.” Trang also told a few friends about her astonishing win. “They were also shocked but thrilled for me at the same time.”

When asked how it feels to win the lottery not once, but twice, Trang said, “It’s unbelievable! It feels like I was struck by lightning twice in one year. You have to give yourself a smack just to make sure it’s real!”

With her winnings, Trang plans to pay bills and indulge in some well-deserved travel.
