Toronto, ON – Zhen Dong Liu of Markham can realize his dreams after winning a $1 million MAXMILLIONS prize in the December 16, 2025 LOTTO MAX draw.

Zhen Dong, who works as a restaurant manager, said he was at home when he checked his ticket on the OLG app and discovered his big win.

“I started jumping up and down and shouting, ‘I won! I won!’ I was so excited,” he recalled while visiting the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect his winnings. “It was the first time in my life that I ever screamed like that!”

The 51-year-old said he woke up his entire family and revealed the incredible news. “I checked the ticket on the app about three more times in front of my son, sister, and mom. We all started jumping up and down and screaming with joy!”

With his windfall, Zhen Dong plans to take a trip to the cottage, make some investments, and share with his family. “I want to give a portion to my son so he can continue his master’s degree,” he concluded.
