Kenneth, a retiree, has been playing the lottery with OLG for the past 10 years. He enjoys playing LOTTO MAX and a variety of INSTANT tickets, including BIG MONEY PAY DAY. Now, the 68-year-old is excited to be celebrating his first big win.

“One day, I felt like buying a ticket and spotted this one, so I decided to give it a try,” he shared, while visiting the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect his winnings. “When I got in my car, I played it right away and couldn’t believe what I was seeing.”

The next day, Kenneth brought his ticket to the store for validation. “That’s when I knew it was real,” he smiled. “I was shocked, but at the same time, I felt really good.”

Kenneth called his wife to reveal the incredible news. “Her initial reaction was, ‘Are you kidding me?’” he said with a laugh. “She was very excited and happy. I also told my daughters about by win and they couldn’t believe it.”

With his windfall, he plans to renovate his home, enjoy a well-deserved vacation, and save for his retirement.

“Being a winner feels great!” Kenneth said, beaming. “I feel very fortunate to have won this prize.”
