Vincent, 74, has been playing the lottery with OLG since the days of WINTARIO. He enjoys choosing his own numbers, which are based on significant birthdays and ages.

“I got an email notifying me about the win. It was a crazy day,” he recalled while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect his windfall.

“It’s hard to explain how this feels,” Vincent said with a smile. “It’s just great!”

He plans to put his winnings toward investments, travel, and enjoying his retirement.
