“I bought this ticket, played it, and revealed a big win. Then I spent about 10 minutes sitting in my car, triple- and quadruple-checking it,” he recalled with a laugh, while visiting the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect his winnings. “It was a fantastic feeling!”

Arthur immediately picked up the phone and called his wife to share the wonderful news. “She was very happy,” he said with a smile. “I’ve told just about everyone I know!”

With his windfall, he plans to complete some home renovations and purchase a new vehicle.
