TORONTO, ON – Taylor Scott of Brampton is $250,000 richer after winning a top prize with INSTANT 25 DAYS TO WIN (Game #2546).

Taylor, a 30-year-old fashion design student, said she’s been playing the lottery on and off since she was 18.

“I received this ticket as a Christmas gift from my mom,” she shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect her windfall. “It had been sitting on my desk for a few days when I noticed it and got the feeling I should play it. I was working on a project at the time and thought, ‘I’ll scratch it later.’ As I continued working, I couldn’t shake the feeling, so I decided to finally play it — and what a shock!”

Taylor said she didn’t realize how much she’d won at first. “I told my partner that I won, but I didn’t know how much. We checked the ticket together on the OLG app, and that’s when the screen lit up with a prize of $250,000! We were both in shock!”

Still processing the news, Taylor took her ticket to the store to have it validated. “When the clerk scanned it, the lottery terminal shut down, and I received a call from OLG. I think that’s when it really clicked.”

Taylor took a photo of the ticket and validation slip and sent it to her mom right away. “My mom is so excited and happy for me,” she said with a smile. “There are so many things I want to use this for.”

With her winnings, Taylor plans to pay for her education, save for a wedding fund, launch a fashion business, and put a down payment on a home. “It feels amazing to have won big,” she concluded.
