Toronto, ON – Randal Moffitt of Brampton can “find his possible” after winning a LOTTO 6/49 prize worth $1 million in the Gold Ball Draw on May 29, 2024.

Randal, who works in construction, says he's been a weekly lottery player for 30 years and always uses special family dates for numbers. "This is my first big win," he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his windfall. "I checked my ticket on the OLG app and asked my coworker, 'Does this say $1,000?' My coworker said, "Dude, that's $1 million!'"

"In that moment, I was in pure shock and disbelief. I sat down on my chair and started to cry – I was speechless," Randal continued. "I took a screenshot and sent it to my wife. You always dream this kind of thing will happen to you.”

Randal plans to put his winnings toward paying off his mortgage, investing, and donating.
