He picks up his tickets weekly, and always say yes to ENCORE. “When I checked the ticket after the draw, I laughed,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his cheque. “I couldn’t count the zeros, so I had the store clerk confirm the amount. I couldn’t believe it!”

Winston plans to pay off his mortgage and to share the rest of his win with his children and grandchildren.
