Toronto, ON – Steven Phillips of Toronto is celebrating after winning a $250,000 top prize with INSTANT WINTARIO50 (Game #2537).

Steven, 55, said he enjoys playing a variety of OLG INSTANT games. He couldn’t believe it when he checked his ticket and discovered he won big. “It was such a surreal feeling — I began to shake. I was flabbergasted!” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect his winnings.

“I kept it a secret for a bit and eventually told my coworkers, who were all very happy for me,” Steven continued. “I’m over the moon and feel very fortunate for this win.”

Steven plans to share a portion of his windfall with his mom and perhaps enjoy some travel.
