WELLAND RESIDENT’S DREAMS ARE NOW DREAMIER WITH A $1 MILLION LOTTO MAX MAXMILLIONS WIN
Toronto, ON – The LOTTO MAX odds have shone in favour of Rachelle Morden of Welland! She won a MAXMILLIONS prize worth $1 million in the October 14, 2022 LOTTO MAX draw.
Rachelle said she has been a regular lottery player for over 40 years. “I play a combination of my own numbers and my kid’s birthdays,” she shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings.
Rachelle said she was sitting at home as usual scanning her tickets when she got a big surprise. “When I saw I won, I jumped off the sofa and screamed. I had to scan it multiple times to make sure – I felt frozen in time,” she said.
After proving to her husband and children that she actually won, they all became equally excited. “It still doesn’t feel real. Words can’t describe this feeling. It’s a roller coaster of emotions.”
She hasn’t made plans for her winnings yet.
