TORONTO, ON – Richard Lowe of Waterdown is $250,000 richer after winning a top prize with INSTANT CASHINGO (Game #2438).

I was pretty certain it was a winning ticket, but I still took it to the store to confirm,” said Richard, while visiting the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to claim his winnings. “At first, it didn’t really sink in. It took some time for me to accept that I’d won again!”

“I shared the incredible news with my family and friends, and they were all in disbelief,” Richard smiled. “Winning feels great! I think it will truly sink in once the cheque is in the bank.”

With his windfall, Richard will look into investing and taking a well-deserved vacation.
