Kerstin is responsible for driving value and growth in OLG’s Lottery business through the development of new and improved customer experiences and products, engaging underserved segments of the market, effective and efficient supply chain management, and customer-centricity. Kerstin and her team also work in partnership with OLG’s other lines of business to provide a best-in-class customer experience across all products and channels – and how they integrate - to rapidly meet the preferences of our customers and evolving marketplace dynamics.

Kerstin is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry. She has a proven track record of driving large transformations in dynamic and highly competitive consumer businesses, with a focus on customer excellence, product marketing and topline growth.  Kerstin is known for introducing new models of collaboration based on team engagement, cross departmental synergies, and stakeholder partnerships.

Prior to joining OLG, Kerstin was Vice President, Consumer Sales and Solutions at SaskTel where she deployed new sales and marketing strategies that generated significant sales growth in a short period of time. Prior to joining SaskTel, Kerstin served as an executive at Rogers Communications in various roles integral to the company’s digital evolution, including Commercial Strategy, Procurement (Commercial and Services), Wireless, Consumer Pricing, Marketing and Product Management.

Kerstin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a business degree from the Ivey Business School at Western.
